Another Sale at Lulu.com
30% Off Until Feb 19th
I just ordered some books on the current free shipping sale.
This new one appeared in email, so I ordered more at 30% off.
The banner ads do not cut into my revenue. Lulu offers the reductions to encourage new customers. Like many, I wait for the next offer to come along.
Free Martin Chemnitz Press PDFs are here, so you can look over each title first.

Stay Tuned for Lulu.com Sales.
Use the Lulu.com Page To Check for the Latest
California thought she was cutting into my profits by waiting for Lulu.com book sales. All these banners from Lulu.com are their discounts. They do not affect me at all. I offer the 100% discount for free PDFs. And many books are listed far below the normal price.
I like free shipping especially, because I place larger orders from time to time.
It works great. Fill out the order and pick the shipping desired. Put in the code for that banner, "flightless" in this case. Press update. The discount will be taken off the total. I learned last night that some discounts kick in regardless. I thought I had to buy two at once for the previous discount, but Lulu took off a few dollars because I had the code in. Software can be so subtle.
Lately, one sale will start as soon as the other one ends. Go to the main Lulu page to be sure.
Many new projects are started, each one to be printed, but also published as an e-book as well.

Martin Chemnitz Press - Free PDF Downloads
![]() |
| Gregory the Theologian |
Amazon Author Page for Alec Satin - print copies of many Lutheran classic books - very low price.
All Bethany Media Ministries
This will be the file for free PDF downloads. I will update them as editions (like Justification) are improved.
The software is from Dropbox, which is free. You do not have to have it downloaded, but if you want to know about Dropbox and get invited to join, contact me at my email address = gregjackson1948@qwest.net
The files are in a public folder, so I link each file and anyone can save and read the file. Publishing firms with millions of dollars will not do this.

Wexford Carol
Wikipedia says:
The Wexford Carol (Irish: Carúl Loch Garman, Carúl Inis Córthaidh) is a traditional religious Irish Christmas carol originating from County Wexford, and specifically, Enniscorthy (whence its other name), and dating to the 12th century.[1][unreliable source?] The subject of the song is that of the nativity of Jesus Christ. "The Wexford Carol" is one of the oldest extant Christmas carols in the European tradition. Traditions abound concerning the song. For many years, it was felt that only men should sing it.[citation needed] It was only at the current revival of all things Irish that this attitude changed. Many popular female artists, such as Loreena McKennitt, recorded the “Wexford Carol” during the 1990s. The song achieved a new popularity because of the work of William Grattan Flood (1859 - 1928), who was organist and musical director at St. Aidan's Cathedral in Enniscorthy. He transcribed the carol from a local singer, and had it published in the Oxford Book of Carols, putting Enniscorthy into most carol books around the world. The song is sometimes known by its first verse, "Good people all this Christmas time."
Good people all, this Christmas time,
Consider well and bear in mind
What our good God for us has done
In sending his beloved son
With Mary holy we should pray,
To God with love this Christmas Day
In Bethlehem upon that morn,
There was a blessed Messiah born
The night before that happy tide
The noble Virgin and her guide
Were long time seeking up and down
To find a lodging in the town
But mark right well what came to pass
From every door repelled, alas
As was foretold, their refuge all
Was but a humble ox's stall
Near Bethlehem did shepherds keep
Their flocks of lambs and feeding sheep
To whom God's angel did appear
Which put the shepherds in great fear
Arise and go, the angels said
To Bethlehem, be not afraid
For there you'll find, this happy morn
A princely babe, sweet Jesus, born
With thankful heart and joyful mind
The shepherds went the babe to find
And as God's angel had foretold
They did our Saviour Christ behold
Within a manger he was laid
And by his side a virgin maid
Attending on the Lord of Life
Who came on earth to end all strife
There were three wise men from afar
Directed by a glorious star
And on they wandered night and day
Until they came where Jesus lay
And when they came unto that place
Where our beloved Messiah lay
They humbly cast them at his feet
With gifts of gold and incense sweet.

Going Digital
I looked over my recent sales and all of them were digital.
Lulu.com is working with other firms to publish their works as e-books, or is it i-books?
This is my author site on Lulu.
This links two books to Apple - Catholic, Lutheran, Protestant and Jesus Priceless Treasure.
I will be working with Lulu.com to make everything digital. I may add a price to some PDF downloads, but leave the rest free. Another way to distribute free to readers is to set up a public Dropbox. This is fun, because I am far ahead of my younger students in technology. To be honest, they are in the graduate program in adult education, so they are not computer science students. Still, I enjoy their responses to free TV broadcasting on the Net...and Tweeting a blog post while linking it on Facebook.
The two children's books are done. More will be posted on those titles tomorrow.
